3. No Offer, Advice, or Recommendation

Articles, market commentary, newsletter issues ("The Ledger"), calculators, illustrative portfolio figures, and other content are provided for educational purposes only. They do not consider your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for personalized advice. Tax information is general in nature; consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific circumstances before acting.

We provide these for convenience only, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You may stop using the Website at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Monticello (or the nearest practicable venue), Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property. Advisory clients retain all rights under their Client Advisory Agreement, including any right to arbitration as set forth therein.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement
